The Problem
TikTok creators sit on a goldmine of comments they never engage with. The good replies — the loyal followers, the warm leads, the people who'd buy — get buried under spam and low-signal noise. Manually sorting is impossible at scale; existing tools are either dumb automations or generic AI chatbots that creators don't trust with their voice.
What I Shaped
Rally treats AI not as a replacement for the creator but as a seventh neighbor — the one in the murmuration who watches the edges. I designed the system around human-narrated weekly reports (the Workmate dashboard) so creators always feel in control, never managed by the AI. The curation pipeline runs a multi-prompt Braintrust chain across Gemini and Claude to surface the comments worth engaging.
